These terms cover the Trackbuddy website (www.trackbuddy.co) and the Trackbuddy iOS app. By using either, you agree to them. They are short because the deal is simple.

The service

Trackbuddy is a training log for track and field. The app lets athletes and their coaches log workouts, record results, and follow progress. The product is in development; features change, and some may be added or removed before and after launch.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your login to yourself and give us accurate information. You can delete your account and its data from the app's settings at any time, or ask us to do it by email.

Your data

Your training data is yours. We store it to run the service, and we handle it as described in the privacy policy. We do not sell it.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law, impersonate others, upload content you have no right to share, or try to break, probe, or overload the service. We can suspend or close accounts that do.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date above tells you when they last changed. If a change matters, we will say so in the app or on this site.
